Pick & Cheese has crossed the Atlantic. Our first-ever U.S. restaurant is now open at Shaver Hall, bringing the conveyor belt of dreams to the heart of New York City. We'll be working exclusively with independent local producers, and we're about to change the way New Yorkers see American cheese.

  • Firstly, CONGRATS! We follow the CDC guidance on this, you'll find it here:
    Our menus clearly label the milk treatment of all cheeses so you know which ones are pasteurized and which aren't. If in doubt, ask the team

  • Yes! We have lots of gluten free pairings and gluten free crackers. We're not able to guarantee that it is completely free from all traces of gluten due to the size of our kitchens and the presence of gluten in other menu items, but we do take all steps to avoid cross contamination.

  • Unfortunately, we're not able to accept dogs except service dogs. 

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer any vegan cheeses at the moment.
